Five things that happen in every home, and how CalendBoard takes them on
1. The family morning
The pain: someone asks "who is on pickup today?", someone else remembers there is a class at four, and the answer lives with one parent only. By the time you find out, you are already late
One shared board for the whole household. Whatever is added from a phone shows up for everyone that same second
Every event has a time and a place, and every task has an owner, so nobody has to ask who is taking whom

2. The kids' own space
The pain: kids do not really know what is expected of them, parents repeat themselves a fifth time, and everyone gets frustrated over the same thing every evening
Every child gets a space of their own: their photo, their own color, and only their tasks
Tasks built from big, clear symbols, so even a child who cannot read yet understands what to do now

4. The Hebrew calendar
The pain: family apps from abroad translate the interface into Hebrew and stop there. Our weekend is Friday and Saturday, not Saturday and Sunday, and our holidays do not exist in a calendar built for an American family

Israeli holidays and observances built into the calendar, with nothing to add by hand each year
Real right-to-left Hebrew, not a translated foreign product. Full English is there too
5. Everyone on the same page
The pain: an average household involves more than the parents: a grandmother who does Tuesday pickups, a caregiver, sometimes a parent living in another home. Each of them gets the information through a different channel, and nobody sees the whole picture
Invite the household with a short family code. Adults sign in with Google or Apple, and kids use a personal code
Separate groups for what is not everyone's business: daycare, classes, rotations, caregivers
Someone invited only to a group sees only what happens in that group, and not the whole household
A notification when an event or task that involves you is added, so you do not find out at the last minute
One shopping list for the whole household, updated for everyone. You can keep saved lists and share the list on WhatsApp
"Someday": a place for tasks with no date yet, like fixing the faucet or booking an appointment, until you set a day
Privacy enforced on the server and not in the display: another family cannot reach your data in any way

Questions we get
Do we need to buy a special device?
No. You install the app on your phones, iPhone or Android, and an Android screen you already have at home becomes your Home Center. Later we will launch a dedicated device that arrives ready to go, coming to market in the next few months
Can we use only part of it?
Yes. Start with events alone, and add tasks and the kids' space whenever you feel like it. Nothing is mandatory
Is the app in English?
Yes. It is fully in English, and in Hebrew too. You pick the language inside the app
Is it complicated to set up?
Create a family, share a short code with the household, and that is it. There are no settings you must go through to make it work
