What makes us different
Far more than a digital family calendar: things no other family organizer app gives you.
Whether you have young kids, a child in special education, or several caregivers in the house, CalendBoard does things no other app does:
- A regular screen ends up forgotten in a drawer
- The kids just open YouTube
- No permanent display
- Not built for tasks
WhatsApp-style groups
Finally organized: synced events, and tasks for every child, grandparent, caregiver or second parent
One physical place in the home
The Home Center sits where the family actually passes by
Built for kids with special needs too
Visual, always on, minimal clutter, and a clear habit
Genuinely simple
Not a complicated system and not a work tool.
Families are the whole point
How one screen brings order to a whole house
The Home Center shows everyone what the parents update from their phone: Who is picking up whom, what each person needs to do, what is happening today and tomorrow. No asking ten times, no notes falling off the fridge.
Three easy ways to place it:
On a table
On the fridge
On the wall, front and center
Plus a full week of use on a single charge.
CalendBoard
Who it is for

Families with kids
Classes, appointments, chores, family events, shopping and everything in between.

Special education parents
A clear visual routine for kids, coordination with staff, and tasks everyone can see.

Families with caregivers
However many people, however many tasks, all synced in one place.

Small businesses
Task management across 2 or 10 employees, reminders and coordination. A Home Center works at the workplace too.
This is what your day could look like
And this is just the beginning
CalendBoard keeps growing with more tools for running family life
The families joining now are the ones deciding what gets built first.
Get early access to the app > Join our WhatsApp support group > Send feedback that shapes what we build >The first five Home Centers we produce will go to families chosen from the list
How it works
A parent installs the app
Sets up the family and invites the household ➡️
Adds groups as needed: daycare, rotations, caregivers ➡️
Adds events and assigns tasks ➡️ Everyone sees it and updates it ➡️
Connect the Home Center, and everything shows up there too
There is nothing to buy: any home screen you already own becomes your Home Center. Later, our own Home Center arrives too, a dedicated device that comes ready. Families on the pilot list will hear about it first.
A look at one day
A day in the life of a CalendBoard family
This is how we imagine it. Our first pilot families will put it to the test with us in real life.

-
🌞 6:45 am, good morning? Depends who you ask
The kids are arguing over who brushes first, one cannot find a shoe, the other says he made the sandwiches “yesterday”.
Mom looks at the Home Center and sees the morning task board.
Suddenly there is a clear answer:
“Everyone does their own tasks… and it is written right here.” -
7:10 am, surprise: everyone is doing what it says 🎁
The older one checks off “got dressed”, the little one sees a picture of a toothbrush and knows what to do.
Mom: “I used to shout at everyone. Now they are the ones checking things off.” -
8:20 am, right before heading out ⏰
The daughter says: “Mom, I have my class today!”
Mom: “I know, it is in the app, and it is on the Home Center too.”
No noise, no argument, everyone leaves on time. -
1:55 pm, the kids get home 🏠
The little one asks: “What am I supposed to do now?”
Mom: “Whatever is on the afternoon board.”
She looks at the Home Center:
V Homework
V Tidy the room
And she gets started. -
3:40 pm, the caregiver arrives 👩🏻🍼
It used to mean writing a note, sending a WhatsApp, and remembering what you told her.
And now?
She sees the tasks and marks them done in real time.
The parents get peace of mind. -
5:10 pm, a family moment that never used to happen 👨🏻👩🏻👧🏻
Instead of asking “did anyone do anything today?”, the parents look at the task board and see:
Everything is checked off.
It creates good energy at home, without the fights and without “why is it always me?” -
8:45 pm, end of the day, getting ready for tomorrow 🌟
The kids go to bed, and the parents check in with one tap:
What got done, what did not, and what is coming tomorrow.
Everything is clear. Everything is in order.
The house can breathe.
