Delete your account and data - CalendBoard

You can delete your account and the data associated with it in the CalendBoard app at any time. This page explains how, and what gets deleted.

Deleting from inside the app (the quick way)

  1. Open the CalendBoard app.
  2. Go to the Profile screen (Settings).
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap "Delete account and data".
  4. Confirm, and the deletion is carried out.

Deletion by email request

If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request from your email address to info@calendboard.com with the subject "Delete account", and we will handle the request.

What data is deleted

CalendBoard is a family app in which data is shared between family members. Therefore:
  • If other family members are still connected to the account: your membership and your personal data are removed, and the shared family data remains for the other family members.
  • If you are the last family member: all family data is permanently deleted, including events, tasks, children's profiles and data, and any photos you uploaded.

Your sign-in account is deleted as well. Deletion is irreversible and the data cannot be restored.

Data retention

After deletion we do not retain the data. Some data may remain in technical backups for a short period for security reasons, and it is deleted automatically.
